Topographical studies
A topographical study is the first and most important stage for the design and implementation of any infrastructure project. The topographical diagram it's necessary for a wide range of applications, like:
• Notarial transactions (real estate transfers, acquisitions, sales etc.)
• Issuance of building permits
• Delimitation, separation and defragmentation of land or agricultural parcels
Construction Supervision
The administrative supervision of a project is essential to monitor the implementation of the technical study in the economic, quality and time criteria set.
At this stage appropriate expertise is required, which complies with the requirements and time designated, and the legislation and planning regulations of the State.
Legalization - regularization of arbitary construction (Law 4495/2017)
Our office undertakes :
Autopsy and mapping of the property .
Create a complete file plans of the property.
Collection of documents and plans from urbanism.
Submit electronically all the details required for the A and B phase for integration Declaration in N.4495/17.
Create file folder for the client, with all supporting documents.
Drafting contract between landlord and engineer
Engineer Certification (Law 4495/2017)
Since the entry into force of Law 4495/17 every instrument of delegation or recommendation right in rem must be complemented by engineering certificate attesting that the property have not been executed arbitrary constructions or arbitrary uses.
Renovation - Restoration of old or traditional buildings.
The restoration and reuse of traditional buildings requires special study and specialised renovation and construction techniques that respect the existing building. Our office has extensive experience in the field of restoration and undertakes the process of preservation, rehabilitation and reuse of old buildings.
